About Level21
Level21 is an operational management consulting firm founded in 2008 in Västerås with the goal of bridging the critical strategy gap. Today, we are unique in Sweden in our approach as management consultants, working with the entire chain – from strategy and decision-making to real, measurable implementation in the customer's everyday life. This makes Level21 one of the few companies of its kind and a strong partner for organizations that want to achieve real and lasting change.
Today, we consist of approximately 50 dedicated management consultants and active partners with deep industrial experience, who not only set the direction but also drive change all the way to the finish line. We operate in companies throughout Sweden and also work closely with our customers in their foreign organizations, where we support change work in international environments.
In November 2025, we took the next step in our development by becoming part of The Member Company (TMC), a global organization with 3,000 employees. This partnership further strengthens our ability to deliver strategic innovation and operational excellence to companies in the global industrial transition.
